Ohio Real Estate Continuing Education Requirement:

Licensees must complete 30 hours of continuing education every three years by the licensee's birthday.

Topics required In the 30 Hour CE course work:

9 Mandatory credit hours in 3 separate core topics (Ohio Canons of Ethics, Ohio Core Law, and Civil Rights). The remaining 21 credit hours in Electives.
