About our company and team

GetMeRenewed.com is a state-approved real estate continuing education provider. Our instructors and partners have over 25 years combined experience in both teaching and practicing real estate.

Michigan Real Estate Continuing Education Requirement:

Real Estate Agents are required to complete 18 Continuing Education Credit Hours every 3 years. 2 Hours of Legal CE in law, rules and court cases must be taken every year.

Our course topics are reported to CeMarketplace.net to help students track completion. We issue a certificate of completion upon completion. In addition, CeMarketplace also issues a certificate of completion.

Preclass information

GetMeRenewed.com maintains a record of all credits accumulated by students. Course data are stored in our highly secure cloud-based servers. No credit card information is stored on our servers. Students have access to class material for up to 1 year. Students found to have engaged in misrepresentation of their identity will be promptly reported to their state's licensing authority. Only the individual whose license number is listed on the certificate is allowed to access the content on our platform. GetMeRenewed will offer refunds to students up to 3 days after their registration date. Refunds will only be issued if a student did not complete a topic. For course-related questions, our instructors are available to answer questions via our "Contact Us" page as well. Getting started

After creating an account and paying, simply select a lecture you would like to watch and then click the play button. In order to receive a certificate and fulfill your continuing education requirement, you have to complete all topics. If you need a certificate for individual topics, please contact us.

What do the buttons do?

Narration: Allows for voice narration of the lectures.
Autoplay: Allows the slides to play automatically.
Assessment Question: Allows you to answer questions about the material. They are not graded.
Pause: Allows a user to pause narration and auto-play. Good way to stop auto-play and read content.
Prev: Go back to previous material.
Next: Go forward to next material. Next button is enabled every 15 seconds.

How secure is my payment information?

How come I can't fast forward?

Our platform was designed according to the guidelines set forth by the regulating state. The guidelines prohibit fast-forwarding past content you have not previously watched. Users are able to view previous lecture materials and then fast-forward to the point they last viewed.

What does the color code for the videos mean?

Green means that you have finished viewing that particular lecture. Orange means that you have previously viewed but you have not completed that lecture. Pink means that the lecture has not been viewed. When all buttons are green, you have completed the lecture.

What is your return policy?

When do I receive my certificate?

As soon as you finish a topic, our platform will allow you to print or download a certificate via the green print button.

Would I be able to contact an instructor with questions?

Technical Questions

I forgot my username and password. What do I do?

No worries. Our platform allows you to reset your password. Just go to your state's sign-in page and click on "Forgot Password", enter your email, and our platform will email you a password reset link.

My webpage became non-responsive while in the middle of a slide, how can it be fixed?

It could have happened because your computer was using a lot of resources due to multiple applications running at the same time. If you notice a lag in your computer's response time, you should close some applications. To fix a frozen/unresponsive browser, just close it and reopen — your progress is saved automatically.

How do I access course materials?

Just go to app.getmerenewed.com and click on Member Login to select your state. Then enter your email and password. Our platform remembers the lecture you last viewed and you can continue from there. Everything is saved automatically.

Which browsers allow me to play the slides and access the course?

We highly recommend using the most recent Google Chrome web browser. Our platform also supports numerous other major browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Firefox. It also supports use on Android, iPhone, iPad, Galaxy, and other devices.
